Pasadena Mennonite Church

Note: There will be no regular service at our usual location this Sunday, October 11, due to an all-church retreat. We’d love to meet you the following weekend!

Our worship service currently begins at 10 am in the upstairs fellowship hall. Our service begins with fellowship and snacks—we consider this to be part of our worship.
By 10:20 we will be gathering for song or interactive worship. Please join us!

Pasadena Mennonite Church is an Anabaptist community committed to live, work and witness according to the Biblical teachings and example of Jesus Christ. As His disciples, we seek authentic fellowship with one another and the world, we work for justice on behalf of the poor and dispossessed and we practice peaceful nonresistance.

Our ministry within Pasadena includes serving meals at Union Station, advocating fair trade practices by supporting Ten Thousand Villages stores, and promoting peace and justice curriculum in secondary education through support of the Peace and Justice Academy. We actively wage peace in acts of public worship and demonstrating against war and violence, so that the world may know the transformative power of Christ’s love.

We recognize that each person is created in the image of God, and will seek equality, justice, freedom and human rights for all people. By the fellowship of love that bridges class, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, economic, ability, marital status, age and cultural differences, we demonstrate the oneness of the body of Christ with the diversity of its parts.

Pasadena Mennonite Church warmly invites you to join us as we seek to become a sign, foretaste and instrument of Jesus’ hope, healing and peace to the world.
